[SHORT REVIEW] Long story shorts, I found this new restaurant when I scrolled my Instagram home and a foodblogger, which I forgot who, posted a menu from this restaurant. So, I just wrote down the name of the restaurant so that on the weekend I could go here (I normally forget so quickly if I don't note it). So, last weekend (6 February 2016) I had a visit to this place and had my lunch with my friend.
Nothing fancy about this place, just a comfy and homey restaurant. Its simple and humble, and the price is quite reasonable for a casual dining. I didn't prepare anything when I visited here, so you'll not see a lot of the restaurant's interior because I didn't take photo of it. But, here are some of what I had there.
BONELESS CRISPY CHICKEN - IDR 75.000
As its name says, this is boneless chicken with crispy skin. The meat was really juicy and tender, you can taste the fat under the skin but that was pretty good. The sauce was kinda like gravy savory sauce, very perfect with the chicken. The sides was some sauteed baby potatoes.
HOMEMADE SPICY TUNA PASTA - IDR 55.000
Its a simple spaghetti with tuna. You can opt for spaghetti or fettuccine for the pasta. For me, the spaghetti was slightly overcooked because its too soft for my liking. I prefer it to be al-dente or slightly firm. But the overall taste was pretty good.
GRILLED CHICKEN STEAK - IDR 68.000
Its a boneless grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce and sauteed mushroom & baby potatoes.
CHEESE BOMB - IDR 45.000
This is really the bomb! Its a soft bacon with super thick and gooey mozzarella cheese in the middle. The cheese was not that melted probably because it was very thick, but when I chewed it, I enjoyed it that much!
CRUNCHY MUSHROOM - IDR 35.000
This is simply deep friend battered mushroom with tar tar sauce.
I pretty much enjoy the food and the ambience here. It was quite cozy and relaxing. I got a 25% discount promotion during their early opening, so it was very satisfying! It would be even more satisfying if they invited me for a free lunch :p
