[SHORT REVIEW] Shirokuma has been quite a while now in the Dessert industry. And they have spreaded their wings to all corners of the town. Definitely they are famous for the soft cream which is their main selling point. Shirokuma has also been creative at creating seasonal desserts for certain events or big days. This month, they are creating 4 new menus to celebrate the Valentine's day.
What makes it special is that, they are now serving Ichigo Soft Cream or the strawberry flavor. Previously, Ichigo was exclusively available only in AEON Mall BSD City. But this month, it is available at all stores. So, here are the menus.
STRAWBERRY SHORTDATE - IDR 45.000
This is milk pudding with soft cream, pocky strawberry, sprinkles crumbs, strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce and heart shaped home made cookie. I love the pudding, its very smooth!
LOVE BOAT - IDR 49.000
This is a combination of 3 different soft cream flavors on a black bun. The 3 soft cream can be requested based on the available flavors in each store. This menu is served with various toppings and delicious sauces. The black color of the bun is obtained from bamboo charcoal which is really great for health. The black bun is lightly fried to produce crunchy texture on the outside, but still chewy on the inside. This menu is good for sharing!
STRAWBERRY POPCONE - IDR 30.000
This is soft cream served in a cone with marshmallow and popcorn. They are using special starberry flavored marshmallow and popcorn. This is very refreshing especially with the strawberry flavor.
This menu is similar to their Christmas edition menu (The Galaxy Snowman). It was the best selling product on all of their stores. This time, they change the Snowman with Bear holding Love flag to bring more Valentine feel. The name Love is in the bear is the slang of Love is in the air.
